2023 was a big year
This was my first year striking out solo, after 9 years shooting with many talented photographers. I learned a lot about my abilities and my power. I was very lucky to have so many amazing clients who made this first year of solo working a true joy. We all connected on many levels and created countless beautiful moments together.
This year I found myself gravitating towards capturing candid portraits of guests and timeless dancing photos that dripped with the intimacy and deep physicality of those moments. Those moments and movements that only happen once, on your wedding day while holding your beloved within your arms, feeling their skin on your skin.
Along with those newer driving forces, I kept my vision poised for the odd and beautiful scenes that happen in all corners of a wedding day. I tried my best to capture all these moments with my learned, design trained eye to compose pleasing photos.
